Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator oversees all inbound and outbound material flow for customer-owned assets and internally sourced project materials. This position ensures accurate receiving, documentation, inventory tracking, staging, and shipment of materials in support of operational schedules, quality standards, and on-time customer delivery.
Preferred Experience
Experience in industrial coating, fabrication, oil & gas, or heavy equipment repair
Knowledge of material traceability systems.
Experience coordinating project-based materials.
Understanding of steel handling and industrial packaging methods.
Coating Operations Manager / Supervisor (Industrial Coatings & Surface Prep)
This role oversees all blasting, coating, curing, inspection, and workflow operations within our coatings facility. You’ll lead a team of blasters, painters, and inspectors; ensure compliance with AMPP/NACE/SSPC standards; manage production schedules; improve efficiency; and support customer projects.
If you have coatings experience, leadership ability, and a drive for operational excellence, this is a strong fit.
Welding Engineer (CWI Preferred)
We are seeking a Welding Engineer to own our welding programs across ECS and ECT. This includes WPS/PQR/WPQR development, welder qualifications, metallurgical evaluations, welding R&D, troubleshooting, and oversight of all welding-related quality documentation.
Ideal candidates bring strong code knowledge (ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 6A/16A/16C/16F), hands-on shop experience, and a CWI preferred.
Welder / Fabricator (Pipe, Structural, Specialty Alloys)
10+ Years Experience Required
We are looking for a top-tier welder who can handle complex fabrication and equipment build work. Candidates must be strong in both fitting and welding.
Required skills:
FCAW, SAW, SMAW, GTAW
Extensive pipe and structural welding experience
Strong fitter/welder capabilities (precision fit-up, multi-process proficiency)
Experience with 4130 and stainless steel grades such as duplex and 304
Ability to interpret drawings and follow WPSs in a quality-driven environment
This role is ideal for someone who wants challenge, variety, and craftsmanship—not repetitive production welding.
